PE Protection Film
Conformable temporary protection for metal, plastic, glass and coated panels.
CUSTOM INDUSTRIAL TAPE SOLUTION
Build the solution around surface finish, application process, dwell time, removal force and residue risk, rather than specifying only a tape name or nominal thickness.
Quick answer: KAWIN customizes PE, PET and specialty protection films with controlled tack, color and print options. Material selection and converted presentation are aligned to the real component and production process.

CUSTOMIZABLE PRODUCT FORMS
These options share one topic, but solve different engineering tasks. Select the closest form, then confirm the construction against your application.
Conformable temporary protection for metal, plastic, glass and coated panels.
Higher clarity and dimensional stability for displays, sheets and precision surfaces.
Layered film construction where mechanical and adhesive behavior must be balanced.
Logos, warnings, instructions and identification printed for OEM use.
Sensitive-surface protection with controlled peel and residue risk.
Local masks, windows, tabs and shapes supplied on roll or sheet.
CONFIGURABLE PARAMETERS
The quotation becomes meaningful only when the critical construction and delivery variables are known.
APPLICATION-LED SELECTION
Use these scenarios to identify which details should be tested first.
Texture and coating cure influence wet-out and removal force.
Surface appearance makes residue, ghosting and edge lift visible.
Application temperature, line speed and winding tension affect film behavior.
Particle control, clarity and low contamination become critical.

CUSTOM SURFACE PROTECTION FILM FAQ
Protection film must survive processing while still removing cleanly from the finished surface.
Adhesion should be high enough to resist lifting during fabrication and transport but low enough for clean removal. Surface energy, texture, coating, application temperature, forming operations, dwell time and peel conditions all need to be considered.
Use a film and adhesive matched to the surface and exposure period, then validate heat, UV, humidity, pressure and storage conditions. The surface must be stable and clean, and removal should occur within the approved process window.
Printing options can be reviewed for branding, handling instructions, directional marks or traceability. Artwork, ink compatibility, print repeat, film color, order quantity and whether printing contacts the protected surface should be confirmed.
Film thickness, adhesion, color, width, roll length, core, perforation, sheet size and packaging can be configured within material and equipment limits. Provide panel dimensions, application equipment and expected consumption when requesting a quotation.
Send the substrate, dimensions, service conditions and estimated quantity. We will identify the missing variables before proposing a construction.
